Malvern Guest house is a lovely detached Victorian house in an attractive residential area.
We are situated near the river only 5 minutes from the city centre.

We have 6 luxury bedrooms (3 double/twin - 1 triple - 2 quad) all with ensuite facilities, TV, tea & coffee making facilities and clock radio, so you can wake up early enough to visit the Loch Ness Monster!

To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, there is a strict no smoking policy in the bedrooms.
Relax in our luxurious conservatory on those lazy afternoons. We supply a full range of information on activities to do in and around Inverness.

On and off street parking is available. We have a private car park and also offer a 24-hour permit for on-street parking.

If there is anything else that you require during your stay, please ask, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We offer an extensive Scottish breakfast menu which includes a full cooked breakfast.
