Malvern Guest house is a lovely detached Victorian house in an attractive residential area.
We are situated near the river only 5 minutes from the city centre.

We have 6 luxury bedrooms (3 double/twin - 1 triple - 2 quad) all with ensuite facilities, TV, tea coffee making facilities and clock radio, so you can wake up early enough to visit the Loch Ness Monster!

To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, there is a strict no smoking policy in the bedrooms. On and off street parking is available, with a visitors permit being supplied for on street parking. If there is anything else that you require during your stay, please ask, and we will do our best to accommodate.

B&B prices including full cooked breakfast: Double/twin: £25 - £35 per person (2 sharing). Triple room for 3 people: £70 - £95 per room. Quad room for 4 people: £80 - £110 per room. Sorry no singles. Credit cards accepted.

Served in our comfortable dining room, we offer an exclusive Scottish breakfast menu. Special diets catered for (please specify when booking).	Relax in our luxurious conservatory on those lazy afternoons. We supply a full range of information on activities to do in and around Inverness.
